Quality Management
SPK utlises a Configuration
Management Plan that incorporates a Version Control System in
conjunction with an Issue Management and Tracking System. This always provides
SPK with a unified approach to conducting business ensuring that all engineering
services are delivered to the highest standards. SPK also opens up its Software
Tracking System on a restricted network, so customers can inspect project
progress and current issues, ‘live’ and at their own discretion.
